He has been working in IT, Knowledge Management and Intranets for fifteen years, with a particular focus on supporting Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes.

He spent the five years prior to establishing Cadno working as an internal consultant specialising in KM Strategy development, design & facilitation of Communities of Practice, human-centric Knowledge Management and the effective application of I*Net technologies globally.
